Nath Products
Dynamic B2B catalogue site for a ZED-certified cleaning products manufacturer, CMS-managed end to end.
Objective
The Goal
Build a dynamic B2B catalogue site for a ZED-certified manufacturer of mops, wipers, brushes, and brooms - with a CMS-managed product range spanning 50+ SKUs across 7 categories, serving 3000+ dealers.
Challenge
The Problem
A 50+ SKU catalogue across 7 product categories changes often as new variants launch - hardcoding products would mean a developer request for every new SKU or price update, which doesn't scale for a manufacturer adding products regularly.
Solution
How We Solved It
Next.js with Sanity.io as a headless CMS for the full product catalogue - categories, SKUs, and specs are all editable by the client. A Node.js webhook triggers ISR on every Sanity publish, so new products go live within seconds without a redeploy.
What We Built

ISR via Secure Webhook

Dedicated pages per product category with variant counts and imagery.
Reach & Export Map
Visual breakdown of the 15+ Indian states served and export markets (UAE, Qatar, Netherlands, Nepal).
Sustainability Messaging

Lessons Learned
For manufacturers adding SKUs regularly, a CMS-backed catalogue isn't a nice-to-have - it's the difference between the client updating their own site and filing a support ticket every week. The Sanity + ISR webhook pattern continues to be our default for any client with a growing product range.
